i take it being the king and all, means you don't need to concern yourself with little things like oh i don't know? the english language or summit (top of a hill, not an item or an object, a thing, not a ting, that's more likely to be the sound a bell might make) just joking, i'm sure the king was too busy throwing the head covering attached to his coat while strolling to be bothered about anything like that. i know he wouldn't have meant "strolling through the neighbourhood" he would have spelled it correctly if he had meant that. just to be sure, maybe somebody can axe him next time they see him.
